Unreal Engine Developer

 Job Description:

Our client company is an immersive software and game development company developing solutions for virtual concerts and events. 

Our product is being developed in Unreal Engine 4 for PC and VR. We are looking for a passionate developer to complement our existing team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Candidate should have the full understanding of Unreal engine’s blueprint scripting and materials system. 

  • Solid technical fundamentals including strong 3D math, optimisation, debugging and problem solving skills.

  • Needs to have a basic understanding of unreal engine replication (RPC, RepNotify etc.) and multiplayer services.

  • Must show strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming and be able to design and implement modular and scalable systems.

  • The candidate will create modular and independent systems to be integrated and reused in the main product.

  • Will work closely with technical artists and animators to implement clean and intuitive interfaces and develop user interaction and game mechanics.

  • Iterate quickly to find the best systems for creating intuitive solutions.

  • Should be able to write reliable, maintainable, and bug-free code.

  • Creative, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful problem-solver with excellent debugging and strong communications skills.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+  year experience of working within Unreal engine.

  • Experience with VR game development. 

  • Experience developing in a large codebase. 

  • Familiarity with Perforce


Location: Johar Town, Lahore OR Bahria Town, Lahore

Salary: up to 200k
