About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Biomedical Science graduates to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge and develop practical skills in pharmaceutical research, development, and production. You will work alongside experienced scientists, analysts, and regulatory professionals to support the development of safe, effective, and high-quality medicines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory experiments and analytical testing in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Assist in the development, formulation, and testing of pharmaceutical products.

  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and processes for compliance and reporting purposes.

  • Support quality assurance activities, including routine sample analysis and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, quality control, regulatory affairs) to contribute to ongoing projects.

  • Participate in data analysis, report writing, and preparation of technical documentation.

  • Stay updated with current scientific and regulatory advancements relevant to pharmaceutical science.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.

  • Strong understanding of human biology, disease mechanisms, and drug action.

  • Laboratory experience in cell culture, microbiology, molecular biology, or analytical chemistry is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards (GLP, GMP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines) desirable.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting findings.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
