Qashier is the fastest-growing smart POS company in Southeast Asia. We're looking for hungry, high-energy sales hunters to drive merchant acquisition in the Philippines.
This is NOT a sit-and-wait-for-leads role. You'll own your pipeline end-to-end — from finding merchants to closing deals. If you're motivated by commission, thrive on outbound hustle, and want uncapped earning potential, keep reading.
What You'll Do:
- Hunt for new merchants: cold calls, walk-ins, Google Maps prospecting, social media outreach, referrals — whatever it takes to fill your pipeline
- Run 40+ outbound touches per day across calls, messages, and in-person visits• Consult with merchants as a trusted advisor — understand their business, recommend the right Qashier solution, close the deal
- Own your numbers: pipeline, activity, conversion, revenue. You know where you stand every day.
- Assist with merchant onboarding alongside the Account Management team
Who You Are:
- Hungry — you want to earn money, not just 'do well'. Commission and upside motivate you.
- High activity — you solve low pipeline by doing more, not by waiting for better conditions
- Outbound hunter — you find your own leads. Google Maps, walk-ins, referrals, social media. You don't rely on inbound.
- Commercially sharp — you prioritize deals that drive revenue and understand the value of your time vs deal size
- Strong communicator — clear, confident, concise. You explain value simply and adapt your message to each merchant.
- Coachable — open to feedback, learns fast, no ego
- Resilient — handles rejection well, doesn't take it personally, keeps going consistently
- Trusted advisor — builds trust, understands customer needs, positions as a partner not just a seller
Requirements: - 1-3 years in B2B field sales, merchant acquisition, or door-to-door sales (POS/fintech/payments experience a plus, not required)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (calls, walk-ins, canvassing).
- Strong spoken English and Filipino
- Based in Metro Manila (field sales role)
