Qashier is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support our growth!

Job Summary:
We're expanding our product team with a role that brings method to the madness! As our Junior/Mid Product Operations Specialist, you'll be the vital connective tissue between our product prioritisation, engineering, and customer-facing teams. This unique position puts you at the center of ensuring our All-in-One POS and Payments solutions aren't just built wellbut built efficiently with the right processes backing them up.
Important Note: This role requires a high-energy individual who thrives on constant communication across departments and team members. If you get genuine satisfaction from fixing bugs and improving systems, you'll find this role particularly rewarding. We're looking for someone who sees operational challenges as exciting puzzles to solve, not problems to endure.
Expectations:
- Bridge critical gaps between teams through over-communication and setting up information flow channels.
- Develop and optimise processes that directly impact product quality and team velocity
- See your operational improvements directly translate to better products for businesses across South-East-Asia.
- Be the voice of Philippines in a regional product and tech team.
- Build a versatile skillset that positions you for growth into product management, operations leadership, or program management.
What You'll Do:
- Streamline bug-handling processes and maintain product quality standards.
- Optimise cross-departmental communication to reduce friction in the product lifecycle
- Gather and organize product feedback from multiple channels into actionable insights (with primary focus on PH market)
- (if interested) Support the product team with research, discover and design for smaller projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in product operations, QA, CS, or similar roles. *
- [Important] High-energy personality who thrives on cross-team communication and collaboration
- Natural inclination toward fixing systems and solving problems.
- Problem-solving attitude and aptitude for process improvement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts across diverse audiences
- Self-starter who can work independently while coordinating across multiple teams
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Bonus: Background in product management, UX research, QA, or customer success. Familiarity with Saas, Fintech, or B2B products.
