Senior Mobile Developer

Are you an experienced Android developer passionate about building scalable, high-performance mobile apps that impact thousands of businesses?

Qashier is revolutionizing the retail and payments space with our all-in-one POS and fintech platform, and we are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer (Android) to join our growing tech team!

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain native Android apps used by merchants across SEA

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to rapidly prototype and release new features

• Write clean, testable, efficient Kotlin/Java code

• Solve performance issues, debug tricky bugs, and ensure app stability

• Stay ahead with modern Android tools (Jetpack, Coroutines, Retrofit, etc.)

• Innovate in areas like payment terminals, POS integrations, and hardware peripherals.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in native Android development (Kotlin and/or Java)

• Strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.)

• Experience with Jetpack libraries, Retrofit, and asynchronous programming
• Solid foundation in performance tuning and debugging complex issues

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience

• Bonus if you've worked with React Native, EMV/payment protocols, or hardware integrations
