Finance Executive (Hybrid)

Qashier is looking for a Finance Executive to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily finance operations such as payment verification, subscription and invoice creation, and processing of credits and refunds in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
• Conduct verification and validation of data entry through cross-referencing to maintain the integrity of the database
• Update data in our company database, ensuring timely and error-free processing
• Collecting and digitising data such as invoices, cancelled bills, client information, and financial statements
• Perform bank and invoice reconciliations to ensure consistency between invoicing tools and the accounting system
• Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, management teams locally and across countries
• Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information
• Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Finance, or any related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage
• Experience in data entry role is a plus
• Experience in using Microsoft Office and G Suite; advanced skills in formulas and automation tools are a plus
• Experience in accounting software (i.e. Xero) is a plus
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Organised and detailed oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
