Qashier is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to support our growth!

Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Executive supports the finance team in managing the day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial information, supporting decision-making processes, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Conduct monthly AR & AP aging.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, inter-company transactions and inventory management.
- Compiling and gathering financial data for various reporting purposes
- Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking, and treasury operations.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Lead or support finance-related projects, such as process improvement initiatives or system implementations.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to manager
- Work closely with other departments to support financial aspects of operations and business initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent (completed or in progress) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in accounting or financial management.
- Experience in ERP systems (e.g., XERO) is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP), and financial analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
