Qashier is looking for an amazing Partnership Lead to support our growth!


We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.As the driving force behind our partnership division, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with new and existing partners. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound channel partner inquiries, outbound potential channel partners, supporting channel partners sales efforts, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition and Development:

  • Take the lead in identifying and engaging potential channel partners in alignment with our strategic objectives, forging collaborations that resonate with our brand ethos and mission.
  • Devise and execute tailored strategies to onboard and empower new channel partners, guaranteeing seamless integration into our ecosystem.

Partner Enablement and Empowerment:

  • Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to equip channel partners with the necessary tools and insights to effectively promote and sell our suite of SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to craft bespoke training modules, sales collateral, and resources tailored to the diverse needs of our channel partners.

Relationship Cultivation and Management:

  • Foster enduring and trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
  • Proactively engage with partners to grasp their evolving needs, address any challenges, and identify opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.

Sales Facilitation and Pipeline Optimization:

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to formulate and execute targeted sales strategies and initiatives, steering the trajectory towards accelerated revenue growth.
  • Monitor partner performance and sales activities, offering guidance and support as necessary to ensure the attainment of set targets and objectives.

Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights:

  • Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to unearth new avenues for growth and innovation.
  • Harness partner performance data and market feedback to glean actionable insights, driving continuous optimization and refinement of partnership strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Foster robust partnerships and collaboration with internal teams spanning sales, marketing, product development, and customer success.
  • Serve as a bridge between channel partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on strategic imperatives and market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and services, as well as familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with channel partners, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
