Your Mission

As a Finance Officer, you'll ensure seamless payment operations for our Singapore finance hub, directly contributing to Qashier's scalability and financial integrity. Your work will:

• Own end-to-end payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reconciliations.
• Solve complex discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and improve systems.
• Drive process improvements to enhance security, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams (Finance, Ops, Tech) to support audits and strategic projects.

What Success Looks Like

In 12 months, you'll have:

• Mastered our payment ecosystems, reducing reconciliation delays.
• Identified and resolved payment discrepancies, improving data accuracy.
• Streamlined process (e.g., automated reporting, partner integrations).
• Become the go-to expert for Singapore finance operations.

Who Were Looking For

You're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You don't just tick boxes; you ask, "How can we do this better?"

Must-Have Experience:

• 2-3 years in finance/accounting (AP/AR, reconciliations, audits).
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with Xero (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, able to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• ACCA/CPA certification.
• Experience in Fintech/startups or high-volume transactions.
