What is expected

1. Content Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus):

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality marketing content across various formats, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, white papers, and product-focused articles.
  • Craft clear, persuasive, and technically accurate content that translates complex POS, payment, and loyalty features into tangible business benefits for merchants.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure all content is optimized for search engines to drive organic traffic.

2. Product Marketing & Messaging:

  • Work closely with Product and Sales teams to understand new features and services related to POS terminals, payment methods, and loyalty programs.
  • Develop core product messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials (e.g., brochures, pitch decks, battle cards).
  • Launch marketing campaigns for new product features, ensuring all customer-facing materials are in place.

3. Campaign Management & Reporting:

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) by providing necessary ad copy and landing page content. To work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion) to identify areas for improvement and prove ROI.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years working within the fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing successful strategies that enhance MQL generation and conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Wordpress and customer engagement platforms like Intercom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required.
