Qashier is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our growth!
We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Off-site troubleshooting, technical issue verification and solving our merchants concerns through phone, email and live chat within target SLAs
- Log merchants feature requests and feedback to the product team.
- Route leads and issues to the appropriate team. (E.g Sales lead to Sales team, bugs to Product Team and etc) using established processes.
- Answer how-to questions, offer workarounds and solve issues as soon as possible.
- Show composure, resilience, professionalism and flexibility
What you should bring along
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferable in payments, B2B, SaaS.
- Passionate about technology, startups, fintech and the retail space
- Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills
- A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
- Strong creative problem solving skills
