Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 leadership of the L&D unit and ensure high standards of clinical care
• Manage staffing, compliance, and patient safety outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional departments
• Mentor and develop clinical staff, while promoting a positive work culture
• Drive initiatives aligned with best practices in women’s health and maternal care

What You’ll Need:

• BSN required (incumbents pre-2020 may have until 2022 to complete)
• Current Nevada RN License
• ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Labor & Delivery
• 1 - 2 years of progressive management or leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate care across the unit
