What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow a comprehensive ENT department, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology
• Mentor junior staff and participate in teaching opportunities through residency and fellowship programs
• Work in a modern facility with access to robotic surgery, remodelled ICU/ED, and a top-tier Epic EHR system

What We're Looking For:

• MD/DO with board certification in Otolaryngology
• Fellowship training preferred
• 5+ years of clinical and leadership experience
• Track record of academic contributions and program development
