Physical Therapist (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Henderson, NC
About the Opportunity
What Youll Do
  • Provide evaluation and treatment to patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Support inpatient and acute rehab services as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to develop and deliver comprehensive care plans
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer standards
  • Contribute to departmental goals related to scheduling, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Manage a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision
What Were Looking For
  • Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license (North Carolina)
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience: 12 years in outpatient therapy; inpatient/acute rehab experience a plus
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance authorization processes
  • Certifications Preferred: BCLS (AHA), CLT
