An established, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to join its collaborative team in the beautiful Finger Lakes region.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with bread-and-butter anesthesia cases (orthopedics, urology, OB, and healthy pediatrics)

• Prefers a schedule with no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases

• Values work-life balance-enjoy a 1:7 weekend call rotation with protected post-call days and three-day weekends

• Interested in mentoring, leadership, and research opportunities

• Looking to grow long-term within a supportive, collegial team environment

What's Offered:

• Total initial compensation package up to $640K

• Up to $200K student loan repayment or generous start/retention bonuses
