We're searching for a Director of Emergency Services to lead ER operations at a 199-bed acute care hospital in beautiful Las Cruces, NM. This newly opened leadership role offers the chance to drive high-impact patient care, elevate clinical standards, and build a cohesive, quality-driven team.

🩺 What Youll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department

• Develop staff, oversee budgets, and maintain accreditation

• Champion quality initiatives and patient throughput

• Collaborate with pre-hospital providers and internal teams

• Mentor and inspire a high-performing ER team

Requirements:

• RN License (New Mexico or eligible)

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (MSN or MBA preferred)

• 7+ years healthcare experience (3+ in leadership)

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

• TNCC (within 6 months of hire)

• For-profit hospital experience strongly preferred

• Proven track record in team development and quality initiatives
