Seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead operations for a Labor and Delivery unit. This role oversees staffing, training, compliance, budgeting, and quality initiatives while ensuring excellent patient outcomes and staff engagement.

Nurse Manager, Labor and Delivery

Location: Seattle, WA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinical operations and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Maintain regulatory and safety standards

• Support hiring, development, and retention of nursing staff

• Lead budget, scheduling, and performance improvement efforts

• Promote a positive patient and family experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license in WA (or compact eligible)

• BSN required; Masters preferred

• 3+ years Labor & Delivery clinical experience

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role

• Experience in unionized or Magnet hospitals a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
