Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Locations: Multiple sites in California and Arizona

A, you will work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to support individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals and regain functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed treatment programs as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist

• Document patient progress and daily notes accurately and in a timely manner

• Maintain compliance with Medicare, facility, and payor documentation standards

• Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean and OSHA-compliant

• Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and team members

• Participate in training, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

• Adhere to state-specific PTA scope of practice and internal policies

• Support clinic operations and patient satisfaction in collaboration with the Center Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active or eligible PTA license in the state of practice

• Current CPR certification as required by state guidelines

• Strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care and continuous improvement

Compensation:

• California (Folsom, Rocklin, Citrus Heights, Sacramento): $28 - $33 per hour

• California (San Carlos): $30 - $35 per hour

• Arizona (Casa Grande): $27 - $32 per hour
