🩺 Position Details:

• Full-time, in-person role

• Reports to the Director of Med Surg

• Newly opened position

• No travel required

What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Accurately administer medications using the 10 rights

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• RN license (Iowa or multistate)

• BCLS Certification

• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificate (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse)

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program

• Med/Surg experience preferred (not required)
