Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning and oversee daily operations

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Manage department heads and drive staff performance

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census growth

Foster a supportive, quality-focused care environment

Represent the facility in the community and in outreach efforts
Requirements:

Active Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license
-
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field (or equivalent LTC experience)

2+ years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing setting

Strong leadership, regulatory, and budgetary skills

Experience in census development and marketing preferred
