Are you an experienced leader with a passion for quality long-term care? A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to guide daily operations and ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and oversee daily operations

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Manage department heads and drive staff performance

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census growth

  • Foster a supportive, quality-focused care environment

  • Represent the facility in the community and in outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Active Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field (or equivalent LTC experience)

  • 2+ years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing setting

  • Strong leadership, regulatory, and budgetary skills

  • Experience in census development and marketing preferred
