Change Consultant | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation | 912 Month Contract | Adelaide
Our client is undertaking a major transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced Change Consultant to lead the end-to-end change management strategy and execution for the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This is a 9-12 month contract based in Adelaide, offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering business-wide process, systems, and capability uplift.
This role will suit a change professional who thrives in collaborative environments, has a strategic mindset, and excels at stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication planning, and training coordination across complex transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management strategy across all program workstreams, aligning with business and transformation goals
- Engage and analyse stakeholders, identifying change readiness and tailoring engagement plans
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, and systems, including training needs analysis
- Develop and deliver communications plans, including targeted messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change network coordination
- Create and implement a training plan, leveraging Train-the-Trainer models and Microsoft resources
- Support organisational readiness through pre-launch, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Integrate with the project team, ensuring alignment with milestones, risks, and delivery timelines
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading change initiatives within large-scale transformation programs
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication planning
- Proficient in change impact assessments and training needs analysis
- High-level communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Experience in public sector environments (highly regarded)
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG) preferred but not essential
