ERP Program Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Our client is embarking on a major ERP transformation journey and is seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This is a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative requiring a proven leader with deep ERP experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive change in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield)
• Oversee program delivery across a portfolio of business units (60100+ FTE)
• Manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and system integrators
• Provide strategic leadership across PMO, delivery, risk, and change streams
• Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and outcomes
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, cyber security, and compliance standards
• Drive business engagement, senior stakeholder alignment, and program communications

About You:

• 10+ years of ERP program leadership, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience across CPRD, Utilities, or Public Sector (highly regarded)
• Deep understanding of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, and SAP Activate
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large-scale contracts and vendors
• Proven ability to manage program risk, ambiguity, and competing priorities
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset
• Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and building high-performing teams
