ServiceNow Architect | 36 Month Contract | Melbourne

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support the delivery of key ITOM, ITSM, and ESM initiatives. This is a 36 month contract based in Melbourne, working with a collaborative and high-performing delivery team within a major consultancy-led environment.

As a technical expert, youll play a key role in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and best-practice configurations across ITSM and ITOM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver ServiceNow-based consulting and implementation projects
  • Design and develop complex solutions that align with client business needs
  • Work closely with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements
  • Provide hands-on configuration and customisation of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules
  • Contribute to stakeholder workshops, showcases, and solution demonstrations
  • Stay current with platform updates and new capabilities
  • Act as a technical mentor within the delivery team and share knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date ServiceNow certifications

What Were Looking For:

  • 7+ years' technical delivery/development experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Current ServiceNow certifications CSA and CIS ITSM (mandatory)
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and understanding of integration methods
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and SDLC best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Previous consulting or client-facing project experience highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
