About the Role

This is not your average client support role its a key position within the Tax & Accounting team where youll play a pivotal part in how the firm supports its clients and drives operational excellence.

Youll work closely with senior advisers, helping to onboard clients, manage ATO communications, coordinate tax workflows, and keep systems like Salesforce and Xero running smoothly. Its a hands-on, fast-paced role where your initiative and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and compliance documentation

• Manage the Tax Agent Lodgement Program and support team workflows

• Handle ATO correspondence, notices, and payment plans

• Maintain and synchronise client data across Salesforce, Xero, and FYI Docs

• Prepare client tax packs and support communication with clients

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency

What Youll Bring

• Strong understanding of Australian taxation processes (individuals & GST)

• Exceptional organisational and communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and love of teamwork

• Confidence with technology and CRM systems (Salesforce experience ideal)

• Experience in accounting, tax, or financial services preferred
