Main Duties:

  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues across all company offices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical alerts, escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Install and update operating systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage user accounts and access rights in line with security protocols
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware, software licenses, and peripherals
  • Provide user guidance and training to improve proficiency with new systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours critical support
  • Perform additional duties as required by business needs

What skills do you need?

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
  • Certifications like Comp TIA A+, MCITP or similar are considered an asset
  • Preferably 1 year experience in technical support
  • Expertise in hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting
  • Understand networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Maintain a valid Category B driver's license for off-site support
  • Perform basic MSSQL queries as an additional technical asset

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
