About the job Personal Assistant to the CEO

Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + Benefits
Main Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external business matters
- Manage complex and extensive diary and calendar entries, prioritizing time and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Provide comprehensive mailbox management, flagging urgent issues and drafting necessary correspondence
- Coordinate, prepare, and distribute documentation for all meetings, including Committee and Board reports
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and manage action item tracking and deliverables
- Assist with compliance and risk management administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed by the CEO/MD
- Maintain efficient electronic and paper-based office and filing systems
- Proactively identify and propose improvements to administrative processes
What skills do you need:
- Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential
- Possesses a high level of professional integrity and is proactive
- Strong organisational skills and able to prioritize a varied workloads
- Displays a positive, energetic, enthusiastic and confident attitude
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
