Main Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external business matters
  • Manage complex and extensive diary and calendar entries, prioritizing time and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Provide comprehensive mailbox management, flagging urgent issues and drafting necessary correspondence
  • Coordinate, prepare, and distribute documentation for all meetings, including Committee and Board reports
  • Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and manage action item tracking and deliverables
  • Assist with compliance and risk management administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed by the CEO/MD
  • Maintain efficient electronic and paper-based office and filing systems
  • Proactively identify and propose improvements to administrative processes

What skills do you need:

  • Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential
  • Possesses a high level of professional integrity and is proactive
  • Strong organisational skills and able to prioritize a varied workloads
  • Displays a positive, energetic, enthusiastic and confident attitude

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
