Main Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Manage all management correspondence
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Schedule and prepare meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Help plan and run brand events and conferences when required
  • Maintain confidential records and contact lists
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed
  • Process purchase requests and assist with ad hoc projects
  • Provide seasonal administrative support, particularly during the Christmas period
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and positive environment

What skills do you need?

  • Minimum of O Level education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an asset
  • Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
