Machine Operator (brewery)

Main Duties:

• Operate and monitor plant systems through both control room interfaces and hands-on, on-site operations
• Prepare the plant for production by accurately weighing and adding raw materials in strict accordance with standard procedures
• Execute production programs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality, safety, and procedural standards
• Conduct equipment, area cleaning, and Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures, while assisting with troubleshooting and periodic maintenance as needed
• Follow precise sampling and process monitoring regimes across various brewing sections
• Promptly identify and report faults to supervisors, coordinating effectively with the technical team
• Independently manage multiple processes, including during night shifts, and oversee specific standalone operations
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and assist in training new machinery operators

What skills do you need?

• Experience in industrial production or brewing operations
• Flexibility and aptitude to learn new equipment and automation systems
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Computer literate, including Excel
• Willingness to work on a shift basis
• Strong attention to detail, process adherence, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
