Internal Senior Finance Officer

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Prepare documentation for expense reimbursements
• Record financial transactions and keep supporting files
• Deposit cheques and cash following set procedures
• Help resolve client, supplier, and internal finance queries
• Reconcile bank, balance sheet, and ledger accounts regularly
• Process timely supplier payments using internal procedures
• Send routine and ad hoc invoices and account statements
• Submit accurate authority payments on time
• Prepare VAT returns and contact tax authorities when needed
• Compile monthly management accounts

What skills do you need?

• Hold an MQF level 6 in Accounting/Finance or pursue ACCA
• Have at least 2 years of finance or accounting experience
• Possess fluent written and spoken English skills
• Use Office tools and relevant IT software effectively
• Maintain high professional and integrity standards
• Work productively as part of a team

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
