Internal Finance Officer
About the job Internal Finance Officer

Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + Benefits
Main Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of documents for expense reimbursement
- Record transactions and maintain documentation accurately
- Prepare periodic deposits of cheques/cash in line with established procedure
- Assist with finance-related queries from clients, suppliers, and staff
- Record and reconcile internal firm transactions for the Finance Partner
- Pay suppliers on time according to internal procedures
- Create and send regular and ad hoc client invoices and statements as required
- Pay authorities like VAT and Social Security on time and accurately
- Handle any reimbursement to staff in line with company policy
- Issuance of VAT receipt and acknowledgement receipt, both internal and external
- Replenish petty cash according to procedure
What skills do you need?
- Hold a Degree in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams
- At least 2 years of experience working in finance and/or accounting
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Be able to use Office productivity suite and relevant IT Systems
- Demonstrating attributes of personal Excellence and Quality
- Upholding Professional and Integrity standards
- Working effectively within a team
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
