Banking Supervisor

Basis: Full time

Main Duties:



• Streamline account opening and KYC periodic reviews by managing due diligence and application workflows
• Resolve daily banking issues, including user access, password recovery, and account modifications
• Onboard new banks, EMIs, and crypto channels to diversify client financial options
• Promote banking services and create internal/external marketing content to drive growth
• Develop departmental procedures, set pricing, and monitor overall profitability and performance
• Lead the banking segment and manage ad-hoc tasks, such as loan facilitation and complex financial projects
• Assist Corporate Department with MBR Management, Corporate Maintenance and Regulatory Compliance



What skills do you need:



• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within banking or corporate services
• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Deep understanding of KYC, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in onboarding and account handling with local or international banks
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor junior staff, and manage team development
• Skilled in delegating tasks and driving multi-departmental collaboration
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining registers, statutory filings, and documentation
• Excellent English communication and proficiency in MS Office, CRMs, and compliance tools

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
