Product Development Executive

Industry: Pharma

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders
• Educate providers on product portfolio benefits
• Visit local hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote brands
• Manage and grow client relationships locally and abroad
• Master scientific knowledge of products and competitors
• Attend brand events in local and international markets
• Drive growth to hit sales and profit targets

What skills do you need?

• Degree-qualified in a science-related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Mater Dei Hospital environment
• Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with key business stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with a mastery of time management and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Must hold a valid driving license and a clean police conduct record

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
