About the job Sales Executive

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Concentrate on generating new business relationships via an outdoor sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development Manager to contribute to the implementation of the company's Marketing and Business Development strategy.
  • Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff productivity.
  • Follow all sales policies, practices and procedures in line with the established Quality Management System and GDP systems.
  • Determine customer requirements and document them in the relevant booking form.
  • Participate in regular meetings with sales staff and maintain contact with Operations and Finance teams.
  • Solicit customer feedback and ensure surveys are done and reported to management as per internal procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues.
  • Maintain updated CRM information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on an ongoing basis.

Personal Skills:

  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance; Excellent communication and management skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required.

Requirements for this position:

  •  A-Level standard Education
  • Previous experience in sales will be considered an asset
  • Communication in Maltese, English and preferably Italian language
  • Valid Driving License
  • Time Management, organisational and planning skills
  • Capable of working under pressure and as a part of a team.
  • Previous experience in basic accounts and logistics knowledge will be considered an asset.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
