Business and Operations Consultant

Remuneration: Salary 

Main Duties:

• Manage engagements with business clients including commercial growth, business function-specific issues, business performance enhancements, operational excellence, etc.
• Be accountable throughout the client engagement cycle from designing the approach, undertaking the analytical work, presenting the arising and final conclusions
• Contribute to the engagement sourcing processes by contributing to proposals and bids to pitch for business
• Participate in (and where required lead) cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams that swarm around the specific business issues which we would be resolving with the clients
• Build and maintain an internal and external network of business contacts
• Communicate through online channels, business-appropriate and professionally relevant business knowledge

What skills do you need?

• Minimum MQF Level 6 Graduate in any one of the following disciplines: Business Management or Entrepreneurship or Operational Management
• Minimum 3 years in operational decision-making roles
• Business and commercial acumen
• Competency in operational reviews and assessments of operations value chains
• Demonstrated ability to understand and assess requirements/issues, consider and analyse the impact and solutions to address these
• Innate curiosity at how technology can improve processes, models and work organisation and the confidence to try new experiments
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead complex projects
