What will you be doing

  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Identify and assess customer's needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Generate customer interest in the services offered by the company
  • Work towards meeting targets
  • Any other ad hoc customer care-related work

What skills do you need?

  • Ordinary level standard of education (MQF Level 3)
  • Experience working in a call center is considered an asset
  • Fluent in English & Maltese 
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications namely Excel and Word
  • Customer-oriented positive attitude with professionalism
  • Flexibility to work shifts and willingness to learn
  • Able to work as part of a team / unsupervised at times
  • Able to work accurately, with attention to detail with problem-solving skills
  • Able to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
