Main Duties:
- Respond to group-related enquiries, prepare tailored quotations and agreements
- Manage group bookings from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Monitor payment schedules, deposits, and cancellations
- Ensure the billing folio aligns accurately with initial quotations and agreements
- Organize and maintain clear and structured records of all group communications
- Guarantee a high level of client satisfaction while applying operational standards
- Provide assistance during group events and ensure smooth service delivery
What skills do you need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- An enthusiastic and sales-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English is essential; fluent in Maltese also required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
