Main Duties:

  • Respond to group-related enquiries, prepare tailored quotations and agreements
  • Manage group bookings from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met 
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Monitor payment schedules, deposits, and cancellations 
  • Ensure the billing folio aligns accurately with initial quotations and agreements
  • Organize and maintain clear and structured records of all group communications
  • Guarantee a high level of client satisfaction while applying operational standards
  • Provide assistance during group events and ensure smooth service delivery

What skills do you need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
  • An enthusiastic and sales-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is essential; fluent in Maltese also required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
