Product Executive (Technical)

Remuneration: Salary + bonus + benefits

Main Duties:

• Identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in the passenger transportation industry
• Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives
• Assist the Sales Manager in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept ideation to product launch and post-launch optimization
• Define and document product specifications
• Conduct regular product reviews, track performance metrics, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Work with the marketing department and the sales team to develop effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with customer service team to gather customer feedback, identify weak points, and drive improvements in service quality
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Coordinate and prioritise tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including General Manager and Commercial Director

What skills do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
