SR Company Administrator (Gibraltar)

Main Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of companies across multiple jurisdictions including Gibraltar, the UK, BVI, and the USA.
- Handle company formations, statutory filings, liquidations, and strike-offs.
- Ensure full statutory compliance including Annual Returns, preparation of financial statements, and maintenance of corporate records.
- Attend client meetings and assist in drafting minutes, board documentation, and powers of attorney.
- Maintain and update company records using Viewpoint and other internal systems.
- Support Directors and provide assistance in their absence, including involvement in business development and corporate events.
What skills do you need:
- Proven experience in corporate or company administration, with specific experience in Gibraltar preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Viewpoint, Companies House filings, and relevant compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and client service skills, with the ability to manage a demanding portfolio independently.
- In-depth understanding of corporate structures, cross-border regulations, and due diligence processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well in a team, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Eligibility to work in Gibraltar is a must.
