Main Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to brokers and assist in the management of client accounts
  • Research insurance policies and assist in preparing quotes and proposals
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction

What skills do you need?

  • A minimum post-secondary level of education
  • At least 1 year of experience as a trainee/apprentice
  • Having an MCAST Advanced Diploma in Insurance, CII qualification, or University Degree - will be considered an asset
  • To show accuracy and attention to details
  • Have good verbal and written skills and good interpersonal skills
