Our client is a leading Mediterranean company that services the maritime industry, and due to continued growth, they have an opening for a Group CRM Manager /Dynamics 365 Superuser. The role is pivotal in the customer acquisition, retention and development strategy. Someone with experience of Salesforce will be considered as your skills are transferable.

The primary function of this role is to manage and optimise the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities using Dynamics365. The successful candidate will ensure that the CRM system is effectively utilised to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and customise Dynamics 365 to align with the business requirements. and overall marketing & growth strategy
  • Train and support team members in efficient CRM usage
  • Analyse customer touch-points to improve engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams for CRM alignment and buy-in
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Travel around the Med as and when

Skills And Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • CRM strategist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Competency in data analysis and reporting

Experience

At least three years of experience in CRM management, preferably with Dynamics 365 or similar - such as Salesforce. Exposure to the maritime sector would be a distinct advantage.
