Payroll Specialist

Our client is well established Corporate Service Provider (CSP) in Malta serving local and international clients. The Company is now looking to expand its finance team . Clients they work with are varied across many sectors.

Responsibilities

• Delivering payroll services for a portfolio of clients 
• Consulting with clients on all payroll queries
• Managing team to ensure that client data is correct and timelines delivered upon
• Extracting data from sheets or payroll software
• Determine tax obligations and liaise with the revenue department where required
• FSS submissions to revenue department
• Handling of employment permit and licence applications
• Keeping up-to-date with any new regulations and implementing changes to team members
• Preparation and submission of all employment related documentation to authorities on behalf of clients
• Adhoc client reports when required
• HR duties as and when required
