Accounts Officer

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Bank reconciliations & Branch account reconciliations
• Daily cash handling and processing of vendor invoices
• Debtors and Creditors reconciliations
• Process and administration of invoices and vendor reconciliations
• Processing of claims and refund of payments
• Issuing of client receipts and ADT Licences
• General Office Administration and filing

What skills do you need:

• A level in accounts or a MCAST diploma
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management
• Able to work independently, manage multiple client priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adapts to unexpected changes and meets tight deadlines

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
