Head of Tax Advisory

Tasked with building and leading the Tax Advisory division, this role focuses on driving revenue growth, evolving service offerings, and securing company's position as a dominant market leader.

Main duties:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team, ensuring technical excellence and continuous growth
• Ensure full compliance with complex frameworks (FATCA, CRS, DAC, Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2) across local and international jurisdictions
• Deliver commercially sound tax solutions to international groups, corporate clients, and HNWIs
• Identify and secure new business through strategic pitching, networking, and industry presence
• Design and implement robust tax methodologies and internal advisory procedures
• Cultivate key client relationships and collaborate internally to provide integrated service offerings

What skills do you need

• Qualified accountant or tax specialist with 5+ years of dedicated tax experience
• A professional tax qualification is preferred. Unqualified candidates must show deep technical mastery and a commitment to becoming certified
• Proven track record of establishing, scaling, or leading a department or business unit
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build professional relationships
• A strategic mindset focused on uncovering market opportunities and accelerating revenue growth
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience leveraging CRM or business development software
