Associate (Lawyer) – Corporate and M&A

Industry: Law Firm

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary & Benefits

Main Duties:

• Handle and assist with M&A transactions including due diligence inquiries and management
• Draft or review of transaction documents and handling of completion documents
• General legal commercial and corporate advisory work
• Support the Corporate and Commercial team generally, under the direction of the Firm's partners

What skills do you need?

• Be fully qualified (An LLM or similar masters degree in a relevant area
• Or..2 years or more post-qualification experience will be considered favourably
• Able to work under pressure and within a team
• Excellent communication skills especially in English and Maltese, both verbal and written

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
