Logistics Officer

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Oversee and direct team workflows across all stages of stock management to maximize efficiency
• Supervise delivery routing to ensure sales orders are scheduled and transport documentation is complete
• Guarantee timely stock replenishment for district distribution, direct departures, and exports
• Manage import intake, verify product quantities, and update the Warehouse Management System
• Reconcile supplier invoices and statements to ensure compliance with agreed terms
• Lead daily Kaizen meetings to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Coordinate periodic stock takes, handle basic accounting, and provide operational reports
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of warehouses, yards, equipment, and vehicles

What skills do you need?

• Hold a minimum of an Ordinary Level standard of education
• Possess proven experience in logistics or warehouse management
• Be available and willing to work flexible shift patterns
• Demonstrate strong leadership, team facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
• Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and ICT communication skills
• Display strong analytical skills focused on driving efficiency and improvement

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
