Regulatory Compliance Manager

Main Duties:

• Support strategic planning and deliver aligned projects
• Manage medium-risk projects on time and budget
• Define client needs and build strong relationships
• Identify and mitigate risks during project delivery
• Lead team members, manage resources, and recruit
• Ensure quality standards and improve processes
• Build client relationships and find opportunities

What skills do you need?

• Over 5 years in management, consulting, or operations
• MQF Level 6 degree in business, law, or compliance
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and GDPR
• Experience in compliance audits and regulatory projects
• Skilled in project and change management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong report writing, presentation, and client skills
• Adaptable, collaborative, and a strong leader

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
