Required Customer Support Representative immediately for Dubai (UEA). Any Graduate Male (21 - 30) with 0-2yrs experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries:

Answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.

  • Resolving Customer Issues:

Troubleshooting problems, processing returns or exchanges, and taking steps to resolve complaints.

  • Providing Customer Support:

Offering assistance through various channels like phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Maintaining Customer Records:

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updates, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.

  • Building Customer Relationships:

Being empathetic, patient, and professional, and creating a positive experience for customers.

  • Following Procedures and Policies:

Adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and policies when interacting with customers and handling their requests.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborating with other departments and teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and conveying information clearly.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to quickly assess and solve customer issues, offering effective solutions.

  • Patience and Empathy:

Remaining calm and understanding under pressure, and demonstrating empathy towards customers' concerns.

  • Adaptability:

Adjusting to different situations and customer needs, and being able to adapt to new technologies and procedures.

  • Basic Computer Proficiency:

Familiarity with computers and basic software, as well as with CRM or ticketing systems.
