Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Warners Bay, Cessnock, Tuggerah and Gosford
Caseloads: Paediatrics and Adolescents
Provider/s: NDIS, Medicare

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide behavior support services to children, adolescents, and families in clinic-based settings.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and strategies to promote positive behavior change.
  • Monitor progress and adjust support plans as necessary.
  • Provide support and education to families and caregivers.


Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Ideally a certificate, bachelor's or masters degree in psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with complex behavioral needs.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
