Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to paediatric clients in a primarily clinic-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address clients' developmental and functional needs.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure holistic care and consistent progress monitoring.
  • Manage caseload efficiently, meeting weekly billable hour targets while maintaining quality of care.
  • Utilise innovative tools such as AI templates to streamline documentation processes.


Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working with paediatric clients, preferably in a clinic-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of paediatric development and occupational therapy interventions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
