Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with neurological conditions.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on improving functional abilities and independence.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to address clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
  • Manage caseload effectively, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting billable hour targets.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices.


Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working with clients with neurological conditions, preferably in a clinic-based setting.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic interventions for neurological rehabilitation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
